The new member of the Boss Team will pick up the next round of Voltaic Overflow, and by that time the original two teammates will have had their effects worn off. Continue this until the Conflux Team deposits the 30 motes, as if they're playing Gambit , and then the Consecrated Mind will be drawn to the Conflux. At the Conflux, the Consecrated Mind will spread its appendages and have multiple red lights showing. Have the Fireteam regroup as a whole, and destroy all of the eyes to officially begin the damage phase. Don't be too close to it, otherwise, it will wipe the t
Making Destiny 2 free-to-play was undeniably a great choice that brought in a massive boost of fans, but it's always interesting to consider that some originally bought it. At least they rolled the first two DLC packs into New Light
Cross save is a core part of Bungie's ethos for Destiny: the notion of one connected, evolving experience. Though it took its time to arrive, cross save and the resultant cross play represent undeniable leaps forward from the game's disconnected p
From the addition of bows in the Forsaken expansion, the release of machine guns through a quest returning to the Cosmodrome, and the newly-announced glaives, many weapons have found their way into Destiny 2. This isn't even making mention of the changes to the way that pre-existing weapons now funct
While the Conflux Team hunts for motes, the Boss Team will be following the Consecrated Mind. It will head down one of those four paths, Front, Back, Left, or Right. Once it reaches the end, the Consecrated Mind will create the Voltaic Overflow effect. In anticipation of this, each team member from the Boss Team needs to have a designated starting and rotational position, and here's why. When the Consecrated Mind creates the Voltaic Overflow effect it will always spawn it in the center. That first center-teammate grabs the effect, and when the Consecrated Mind flashes lights the affected teammate will be able to see either the outer circles or inner circles light up red. The other two Destiny 2 Guardians see both sets of lights, so it's up to the Voltaic Overflow teammate to communicate "inner" or "outer" for the correct lights to shoot. Shooting the incorrect ones, even once, will kill the Voltaic Overflow teamm
The Consecrated Mind is the first boss in **Destiny 2 ** that needs to be defeated in the Garden of Salvation raid. It is the giant Vex Harpy that attempted to stop the Guardians in the first encounter. This encounter will see the Harpy call upon the Voltaic Overflow, the effect that was created by the Consecrated Mind that had the potential to wipe the team or defeat Guardians instantly. Like the first encounter, this boss fight will require the teams to be split up into two teams of th
Released in season 4 with the Forsaken DLC, Poultry Petting creates a holographic chicken in the image of Cayde's best friend Colonel. Whether during mid-raid lulls or pre-Gambit face offs, petting that holo-chicken (or inhaling "Spicy Ramen") is a display of silliness and reverence worthy of the character's leg
Two members of the Conflux Team will head towards the Conflux, while the third looks for a Vex Minotaur that will drop motes once defeated. Grab the motes, and return to the Conflux. Deposit them to temporarily earn the Enlightened buff. This will allow that teammate to defeat the enemies with immune shields. There are only a few of them, they cannot be allowed to reach the Conflux. These Vex Goblins will sacrifice at the Conflux, causing a wipe. As the Enlightened teammate deals with the immune enemies, another is looking for the next Minotaur to grab motes from. Additionally, all teammates should destroy the Succulents as soon as possible, since they explode when close to a Guardian. The Salvager's Salvo Grenade Launcher is perfect for this. Depositing 30 motes total will begin the damage ph
This challenge requires that you defeat 500 enemies with Stasis or Solar abilities. Since melee attacks grant more progress, you'll want to use a loadout that recharges your melee as quickly as possible. Here are a few recommendati
When you're determining which of 350+ several emotes to bind to one of four slots, know Luxurious Toast has a lot going for it. Released in Season 3, the exotic Luxurious Toast emote is rare in that it must be earned by completing in-game content. Upon release the emote dropped (read: Ps plus extra games sometimes) from a chest in the Spire of Stars raid aboard the massive Leviathan pleasure vessel. As a last chance opportunity, Bungie offered the emote as a guaranteed reward for completing Spire of Stars during the Moments of Triumph event of 2
Since mobile communication and digital photography first collided, somewhere near the advent of pixelated flip phones, selfies have gone from habit to health hazard. Still, "technology-dependence" talk is old hat for those born with a controller in their hand. And narcissism? Surely that doesn't apply to fictional avatars painstakingly outfitted with the most fashionable arm
