What started as an easy purchase quickly turned into a return nightmare when the dress I ordered didn't fit. My attempt to send it back was blocked by confusing and allegedly missing documentation.
I bought a dress from them but the size didn’t fit. They asked for a label that I’ve never seen or heard for the return.
I was meticulous, thinking the visible 'Do Not Remove' tag was the required one,
but they said it should be THREE?????
It was at that moment I realized that
the staff deliberately didn’t mention or give the label to me so that I can’t return.
This entire ordeal felt calculated, and it has led me to conclude:
It appears more like a scam to me now.
I had to engage with customer service because I believe they
hide information from you so that they can BLAME you if you want to return.
Customer: I am extremely upset. I am trying to return the dress that didn't fit, but your team is telling me I am missing two required labels that I honestly never received in the package.
